Erin, Pennyslvania Elite Trainer
Hi, I’m Erin the hands and heart behind @hairbyerinbing.
I co-own ME Hair Studio located in Historical Bristol Borough. I’ve been in the hair industry for over a decade now and I first started learning The Luna Method in 2022.
I’m a true Aries, which means I lead with passion, intensity, and a little bit of fire. I’m also an Enneagram 1, so if something’s worth doing, I’m doing it right or not at all.
Whether I’m behind the chair creating elevated hair transformations or out in the woods completely off-grid, I’m all in! When I’m not in the salon, good luck finding me. I’m probably hiking deep in nature, hanging out with my dog, or out on the paintball field. Ive found a love for aerial fitness, it’s challenging, empowering, and totally outside my comfort zone which is exactly where I’m trying to grow.
I’m an introvert, a neurodivergent adult-in-training, someone who’s constantly chasing the next level of self-evolution. If you need sugarcoating, I might not be your girl but if you want the honest truth with a whole lot of heart, I’m all in. My life’s motto at the moment is level up. break patterns and be brave.
Step 1 Pre-training
Pre-training is for 30 days. It is REQUIRED to be finished in order to attend your course. If you do not finish it prior to your course you will need to reschedule your course. Please do not procrastinate.
Taking feedback from Ashlee can be ALOT. We know that. This is the hardest part.
Pre-training instructions are in your Learn Worlds and can be found HERE.
WE WOULD RECOMMEND RECORDING DIRECTLY FROM LEARN WORLDS. VIDEOS SHOULD BE QUITE SHORT.

Step 2 Go to Class
Date: September 28-29th 2025
Time: 9a-5p both days
Location: ME Hair Studio- 213 Mill St, Bristol, PA 19007
What to know: Please dress how you feel best, we are here to learn. Please know- we will be capturing tons of content so just feel good for yourself on a camera. We will be standing A LOT is wear comfy shoes. If at anytime you need to sit- please feel free.
Bring your tools, weft, doll head, tripod, phone and tripod, tools for note taking and AN OPEN MIND.

The Lily Inn, Burlington, across the Delaware River (~3–4 miles)

Step 3 Post Class
What to do:
Post class is where most people lose momentum.
After your class, you will have to PASS a doll head install. After passing a doll head install- you will be able to submit humans for feedback.
PLEASE DO SO.
Submit everything you do right away. Even if you forget a photo- SUBMIT anyway.
Taking feedback from Ashlee can be ALOT. We know that- is why your trainer is part of your post class experience. We want to explore how you best receive feedback.

Certification:
This is not like other certifications you may have worked toward. The reality is, achieving this certification is truly a reward. It means that you are a master of The Luna Method.
How to earn it:
You must PASS two human installs and their corresponding grow-out.
-Do the install and submit it right away.
*DO NOT STOP SUBMITTING CLIENTS WHILE YOU WAIT FOR OTHERS TO COME BACK.
Receive feedback on everything you do so that you do not establish bad habits.
-When the client comes back in 4,6, 8,10 weeks submit the grow-out AND the new install.
REPEAT.
