Welcome to The Luna Method

Lousiana

Meet your Educator

Daniel, Louisiana Founder

I began my career behind the chair in 2016 with one mission; to make people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Early in my career, I discovered a passion not only for transforming clients but also for teaching others how to do the same. I joined our salon’s associate program and found fulfillment in mentoring new stylists fresh out of school. I loved helping them build confidence, develop technical skill, and learn how to create life changing transformations for their own clients. Education became more than a personal goal; it became a calling.

In 2021, I took my first extension certification and fell in love with the way extensions could empower clients through beauty. After multiple certifications, something still felt missing.

Luna shifted the way I saw the industry, gave me the structure I had been craving, rooted in scalp health, bone structure, and client safety. It filled the gaps I didn’t even realize existed.

After experiencing that transformation, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself. I felt deeply called to share The Luna Method with the world. Becoming a Luna Educator allowed me to combine my two greatest passions; client transformations and stylist education in the most meaningful way.

As an educator, I’m here to help stylists gain the tools, structure, and support they need to transform their careers.

Step 1 Pre-training

Pre-training is for 30 days. It is REQUIRED to be finished in order to attend your course. If you do not finish it prior to your course you will need to reschedule your course. Please do not procrastinate.

Taking feedback from Ashlee can be ALOT. We know that. This is the hardest part.

Pre-training instructions are in your Learn Worlds and can be found HERE.

WE WOULD RECOMMEND RECORDING DIRECTLY FROM LEARN WORLDS. VIDEOS SHOULD BE QUITE SHORT.

At times you may need to compress a file. How to do that can be found HERE and HERE for under 10mb

How to in writing and for Android sound HERE

DOWNLOAD VOXER in your preferred APP store. Then click HERE.

What to do:

Post class is where most people lose momentum.

PLEASE DO SO.

Submit everything you do right away. Even if you forget a photo- SUBMIT anyway.

Taking feedback from Ashlee can be ALOT. We know that- is why your trainer is part of your post class experience. We want to explore how you best receive feedback.

If you have tech issues- REACH OUT TO YOUR TRAINER, Ashlee or Kayla. Let us HELP YOU. YOU HAVE SIX MONTHS.

Certification:

This is not like other certifications you may have worked toward. The reality is, achieving this certification is truly a reward. It means that you are a master of The Luna Method.

How to earn it:

You must PASS two human installs and their corresponding grow-out.

-Do the install and submit it right away.

*DO NOT STOP SUBMITTING CLIENTS WHILE YOU WAIT FOR OTHERS TO COME BACK.

Receive feedback on everything you do so that you do not establish bad habits.

-When the client comes back in 4,6, 8,10 weeks submit the grow-out AND the new install.

REPEAT.

“Some believe it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love.”

—Gandalf
